Our office is open between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4:30pm on Fridays. If you have a genuine emergency outside of these hours, please call 020 7801 0885 and leave a voicemail.
These are monitored and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. If the problem is not deemed to be an emergency, then you will be held liable for the call out charge.
 
Things to check before calling:
·     If your electricity is not working, please check the fuse box to make sure the switches have not just tripped.
·     If your water, gas or electricity is not working please contact the National Grid or your provider to make sure they have not turned it off for your property or area.
·     If your heating or hot water is not working please check the boiler pressure, timer control and/or immersion heater.
·     If your rubbish collection has been missed, please report this using the below websites.
